Breakdowns are an unavoidable aspect of plant operations. MineSuite PlantManager allows full visibility and understanding of their impact in real time and enables direct communication between the control room and maintenance workshops. The Breakdown Tracking Module, allow workshop and maintenance managers to track and communicate the nature and detail of equipment failures or unscheduled maintenance. This includes the ability to classify delays, specify delay types, allocate resources and indicate expected equipment downtime, as well as releasing equipment back to production.
MineSuite PlantManager also provides comprehensive functionality for stockpile management and train loadout. Stockpile capacities and qualities can be tracked directly from plant and lab data and stockpile transactions can be reconciled against production results. Stockpile contents can be blended and split to ensure confidence in the current status of stocks and the ability to deliver product from the plant that meets production objectives and at a required specification.
Train loadout functionality tracks material volumes and qualities from stockpiles onto trains – recording details of each car or by rake, and associates cars and rakes with particular trains. Loadout performance and equipment utilisation is tracked and product railed can be reconciled against port stock reports.
